FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What can I expect from education videos?
You will have access to educational videos so long as you are a paying member and your membership is in good standing. Topics can include, but are not limited to: Instagram for business, branding, email marketing, apps and tools to help you in online marketing, and content marketing strategies.
2. When is the group coaching?
Live group coaching and accountability is the third Monday of the month at 9 am EST.
If you are unable to attend in person (live via Zoom), you can submit your questions via email (hello@sachapinto.com) and they will be addressed.
Session will be recorded for you to view at a later date.
3. How can I cancel my membership?
Send us an email: hello@socialmediaforbusiness.ca to confirm you would like to cancel your membership. You are able to cancel your membership at any time.
For monthly users, once you cancel your membership you will no longer have access to Social Media For Business and your subscription will not be renewed.
For annual subscriptions, you will still have access for the duration of your subscription and your subscription will not be renewed. For example, if you signed up January 1 and you can cancel at anytime within the year, you will have access to Social Media For Business until December 31.
4. Do you offer refunds or money back guarantees?
If you are not happy with your membership, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Simply send an email to hello@sachapinto.com within 14 days of purchasing your membership for your money back.
After 14 days, due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to educational content, memberships are non-refundable.
